Everything went smoothly except when it was being delivered delivered. Someone with a UK email prepared a very convincing replica of post office emblems saying could not be delivered without paying $3 more. But I called Post Office they could not locate it with number o scam. I tracked it from your email and found it had been delivered to my locked street box. So beware always call your PO and talk to them. I love the cup. Rob

I put the cup in my dishwasher and most of the writing and picture came off. My mistake, I should have hand washed it.

I like the mug but it is small and did not say don't put in dishwasher. I put it in the dishwasher but the flag part came off. You need to let people know to hand wash it. I looked everywhere for washing instructions, but there weren't any.

My son really liked the mug but design washed off. I would like to order another one just tell me how? There was no warning on mug or box regarding washing it. Maybe this was our fault. As far as looks it is a 10.
