I have a question that you may be able to answer. My Home Owners Association fined me $50 for the older Trump flag that I have had hanging from my porch for a very long time. I was told I did not attend a hearing regarding this infraction. I did not receive notice of any hearing and I will not take down the flag. It says "TRUMP, Keep America Great. 2020" I told them that my First Amendment Right trumps their HOA Article Article 9. Sec. 8.s. My flag does not refer to an election. Can you suggest who I can write to to help me or advise me with this situation? I will order one of these flags as soon as my SS check comes in next week. Thank you. Bill Piech
