The only problem I have ever had with the caps purchased from you is, you ship them in plastic envelopes, and the USPS, as we all know, is not real careful with the mail, and they tend to get crushed. I had one that was so badly mashed that I cannot wear it. The caps need to be shipped in small boxes. Just my opinion.

This hat feels very good on my head and fits very well. The one very small thing I would change is the end of the strap in back of the cap has no where to hide. It just hangs out. The other cap I bought had a slot for the strap to hide in. Good hat.
